Return & Refund Policy

Living Water Collective LLC

At Living Water Collective, each item is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.


Exceptions

We will gladly replace or refund an item if there is an error on our part or if the product arrives damaged. Examples include:

    •    Spelling mistakes or design errors made by us.

    •    Incorrect color, material, or product variant from what you ordered (excluding natural variations in wood).

    •    Damage that occurred during shipping.


Please Note: Every piece of wood is unique. Slight variations in color, grain, or texture are completely normal and are not considered defects. These differences make each item one-of-a-kind and add to its natural character.

 

What to Do If There’s a Problem

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once verified, we’ll either:

    •    Recreate and ship your replacement at no additional cost, or

    •    Issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom engraved and made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

    •    Customer typos or errors submitted during the order process.

    •    Changes of mind or preference after purchase.

    •    Natural wood variations in color, grain, or texture.
